Train the Trainer In business, good in-house training skills are an asset for any organisation as employees are frequently required to deliver training to other members of staff. Effective, beneficial training requires particular skills and GDT&D offers a unique programme to aquire them. Working with closely with its clients to understand their specific requirements, GDT&D offers a 3 day programme on how to plan, prepare and deliver a successful training session. The course is highly participative and delegates are encouraged to share their own experiences. Participants will be supported to deliver a short training session to their colleagues on the last day of the course and will be given constructive feedback on the effectiveness of their session.
