GDT&D provides facilitation for focus groups, conferences or Facilitation Skills Courses.

In these contexts, it is more effective to entrust someone from ‘outside the organisation’ to hold the focus and thereby enable the group to move towards the objectives of the occasion.

Gillian is an experienced and qualified facilitator, drawing on a variety of proven approaches and methods to suit all clients and their requirements. One such approach is applying the theory of 'Appreciative Inquiry' (AI), made popular by Dr David Cooperider and Suresh Srivastva in the 1980s.

Appreciative Inquiry has been applied successfully in situations such as:
