Custom Designed Coaching Skills Programme 

GDT&D work with clients to design Coaching Skills Workshops to meet the needs of their business.

The Chartered Management Institute undertook a Coaching at Work Survey on 280 responses from their members. They found:-

80% of managers believe they would benefit from coaching/more coaching in the workplace.

93% of managers believe that coaching should be available to all employees regardless of seniority.  These kinds of results indicate:

• The need for the development of coaching skills for managers and those individuals engaged in buddy schemes.
