Leadership
Gillian has facilitated many Leadership Programmes. She is skilled in developing competency frameworks and enabling the 360o feedback process, ensuring managers understand their multirater feedback and coaching them to use their results to grow and develop in response to it. For almost 3 years Gillian has facilitated a programme within the public sector to develop its Leaders in the skills required to deliver their challenging service plan. She has worked with senior teams in ‘upward feedback ‘processes to enable dialogue between teams and their managers to remove blockages and enable them to work to-gether to raise performance.
